Warranty Service Center
|
Due to increased market penetration in the RV, Off Road, and Limousine industry, it has become increasingly important to provide quality in-field service to our retail customers. To achieve this objective, we must set up nationwide warranty service centers that will expedite in-field service in a courteous and professional manner. Acme Radiator & Air Conditioning, Inc., a Kansas Corporation, began business in 1929 repairing radiators and heater cores, later expanding into the manufacturing of radiators. In 1961, Acme entered the Aftermarket Automotive Air Conditioning business and grew to be the largest distributor in the United States. By 1968, Acme began supplying air conditioning systems to R.V. manufacturers as O.E.M. (Original Equipment) and later expanded into a wide variety of automotive niche markets. Acme opened it's Goshen, Indiana division in 1972 to better serve it's R.V customers providing local warehousing, engineering, and service support. During 1984, Acme began manufacturing air conditioning systems under their own name. As a result, product quality and reliability has improved, and unit cost to customers has been reduced. In house capabilities include design, engineering, testing, tooling, assembly, and plastic forming. Products manufactured by Acme include: Automotive dash air conditioning, heat/air/defrost systems, auxiliary heaters, air conditioners and heat/cools, and a very extensive line of air conditioning replacement parts. Acme O.E.M. customers include manufacturers of heavy duty off road, limousine, motor homes, bus fire truck, chassis, and specialty vehicles. Acme warranty service centers benefit from this relationship by receiving quick claims settlement (10 working days), increased shop traffic and revenue, access to one of the largest air conditioning parts inventories, same day shipping (if ordered by 2:00 p.m.), and warehouse distributor prices on all above mentioned products. Acme requires all authorized warranty service centers to handle warranty problems in a rapid, courteous, and professional manner. All parts must be supplied by Acme, and defective parts returned to Acme along with any labor claims. If you are interested in becoming an Acme authorized warranty service center, please fill out and submit the following questionnaire. Upon receipt, all details, including parts catalogs and prices will be forwarded to your attention. We are looking forward to a long and profitable relationship for both our organizations. |
